ABOUT THE HOUSE
| Our 2 Bedroom Townhouse at
the complex of Fuentemar in Garrucha, on the Costa de Almeria,
Spain has all the comforts of home for your self-catering
holiday.

| Downstairs
is a comfortable lounge and dining area with seating for 4 people,
a TV with basic SKY package, CD player and radio for your entertainment and a fully
fitted kitchen with hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, washing
machine and a full set of crockery, cutlery and housewares. |

| Don't worry about
arriving late, a complimentary welcome pack will be waiting so you
can have that much wanted tea or coffee on arrival. |

Upstairs are two
comfortably furnished bedrooms fitted with air-conditioning and
ceiling fans, one with a double bed, the other
with two single beds.
The bathroom has a bath/shower.
All linens and bathroom towels are provided. |

Up the stairs
again and you can relax on the private all day sunny roof terrace.
Comfortable sun loungers, a patio set and barbecue are provided
for your enjoyment.
Marvel at the stunning sunsets over
the Sierra Cabrera mountains.
