| Hi there, Had
to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay in your house in Garrucha
- lovely spot altogether. Once we arrived we hardly used the
car at all, fabulous location, everything you could need within
walking distance, shops, restaurants and good selection of bars.
Speaking of walking, we loved the walk from the beach in Garrucha,
down through town and along the coast to Mojacar, though to be
honest, weather was so good, sunny and hot, that we never did get
as far as we planned each day, there was always something
interesting to stop us on the way. And the house was great,
everything we needed, a home from home and your welcome pack is
more than just that, we almost did not have to shop for the week.
Coming back again before the end of the year, keep a couple of

| This is now our
second time holidaying in your house in Garrucha and I have to
write to let you know how much we enjoyed ourselves. Firstly
the house itself was faultless, well kitted out and tastefully
decorated. We loved the flat roof top - ideal for
sun-worshipping and evening BBQs. Secondly, we loved the
Fuentemar complex with its lovely gardens and walkways and its mix
of nationalities which we thought created a great holiday
atmosphere without all the noise and commercialism. And the
pools were immaculately maintained and supervised - ideal for our
young kids. Thirdly, we thought the beach was fabulous and
so un-crowded. We enjoyed many days there - so much room,
with just a few cafes nearby. Overall, we all found the
holiday to be totally relaxing and exactly what we were looking
for. We would love to go back and will be back to you later
in the year to book for 2006.

We had a great
holiday, as relaxing as is possible with two young children (3
years and 3 months respectively), and the house / development was
all that we hoped for - clean, comfortable, well-equipped,
family-friendly. Air-conditioning was a godsend. The pools were
clean and well-managed. We particularly appreciated how
well-equipped the kitchen was, from tin-openers to scissors to
coffee machine. Having spent last summer in a poorly-equipped gite
in France, we know that those little things really make a
difference. We searched in vain for something that you hadn't
thought of, and all we could come up with was a wooden spoon - but
we're certainly not going to award you that for your efforts. I
think it's gold stars all round.

What can I say? We
really had a smashing holiday in Garrucha! Thank you for all your
help with hire car / travel instructions etc. For the record, we
found everything at Garrucha to our deep satisfaction. The
apartment complex is neatly constructed with two excellent
swimming pools which kept our two daughters occupied. There was a
nice mix of Spanish and English people at the complex which we
found very refreshing.
The house itself was very spacious and clean. The kitchen area and
the big fridge were a big asset for storing things. The two storey
level gave us all plenty of room. My wife and I really loved the
roof terrace at night (often leaving the kids to watch TV
downstairs) or in the second week by ourselves as they socialised
outside with newly formed friends).
We also spent many a night eating out in Mojacar which we found to
be very pretty, with plenty of character.
Apparently it has been raining in England for the two weeks we
have been away, a real contrast in temperatures to Garrucha. Every
day was cloudless skies with soaring temperatures. We went to a
number of beaches, which were all excellent. All in all, a very
enjoyable two weeks.
